Okoth Rogers is very passionate about transforming lives using data to inform the right decision that empowers and brings economic development to youths and women. He currently works with Imagine Her as a Knowledge and Impact Associate. Prior to that, he volunteered with Tororo Eastern Division as an Assistant community development officer, worked as a Youth Leader for Tororo and Mbale regions in the Ministry of Repentance, and also worked as a loan Officer with Tororo Municipality Welders Emyooga Sacco. Okoth holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Development and Social Justice from Kyambogo University, Certificates in the fields of Advanced data management and analysis from Uganda Management Institute, Certificate in developing donor projects, Project Planning and Management, Leadership, Administration, Counseling from Kyambogo University and Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Educate Uganda.

He has experience in data management and analysis, leadership skills, counseling and guidance, community work, and others. He loves praising and worshiping God, Associating with people, making friends, watching the news, and playing football. He speaks English, Luganda, Jopadhola, and kiswahili and the interesting fact about him is that he is always happy.
