Halima Lukungu is passionate about seeing the lives of women impacted. She holds a bachelor of management science from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation at Uganda management institute. Currently, she is the Knowledge and impact lead at Imagine Her and brings with her skills that include but are not limited to designing results-based monitoring and evaluation systems, result-based tracking and monitoring tools, survey design and procedure, data management, and analysis.

Prior to Joining Imagine Her, she worked with Private Education Development Network as Project Coordinator for the Kupaa Project whose focus was financial inclusion in schools, also worked as an enumerator, Monitoring, and Evaluation officer and was later promoted to M&E Coordinator at Educate! Uganda. She also worked as a field officer at IPA (Innovation for Poverty Action) on land tenure systems and meet the candidate projects. Halima is a member of the Uganda Evaluation Association and YEE (Young and emerging Evaluators) forums. She enjoys traveling and listening to music.
