Prior to joining Imagine Her, Caroline’s career path started by working with Mission for African Mothers, as a programs coordinator, where she was responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing different Economic Empowerment programs and activities, which program successfully impacted the lives of many single mothers and youths in the slums of Kyebando, Kalerwe, and Mulago. She also worked as an Associate at Carl Henry & Associates; a consultancy that assisted Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba with obtaining international standards and accreditations, while there, she played the role of assisting in developing training tools, policies & manuals, process maps, system documents, and research relevant standards and benchmarks for international accreditations, preparing and enabling the institute to get the (city & guilds, Opito) accreditation.

Caroline first joined Imagine Her in 2017 as Economic Empowerment and Livelihoods Officer; with the responsibility of ensuring program development, leading and facilitating entrepreneurship pieces of training while utilizing design thinking-driven methodologies, supporting M&E, creating partnerships, and fundraising for the program; all this experience prepared her for her current position with Imagine Her as an Associate: Social Enterprise and Innovations Incubator Program, where she is responsible for training workshops facilitation and content co-design, supporting the growth of the program’s scholars and graduates.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Kyambogo University and she is a certified SIYB trainer(Start and Improve Your Business), trained by the International Labour Organization.
