Caroline is the Senior Programs Associate at Imagine Her. She is passionate about promoting social change, development, cohesion, and empowerment of youths and women in different communities. Caroline joined Imagine Her in 2017 as an Economic Empowerment and Livelihoods Officer; with the responsibility of ensuring program development, leading and facilitating entrepreneurship pieces of training while utilizing design thinking-driven methodologies, supporting M&E, creating partnerships, and fundraising for the program, she later on grew into a position of a programs Associate (Social Enterprise and Innovations) which prepared her for the current position with the same organization as a Senior Programs Associate, where she focuses on core programmatic support, working closely with the Knowledge and Impact team to share learnings from the field to support programmatic improvement. She also works with management to develop strategic and annual focus.

Caroline holds a great strength of enthusiasm and creativity, which is a great contribution to the team and the organization.

Prior to joining Imagine Her, Caroline’s career started by working with a number of organizations including; Mission for African Mothers, Carl Henry & Associates, Innovations for Poverty Action Uganda, and Teso Initiative for Peace.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Kyambogo University and she is a certified SIYB trainer (Start and Improve Your Business), trained by the International Labour Organization, and has enrolled for certificate courses including Diploma in Human Centered Design with Alison. Out of work in her free time, she likes trying out new recipes for different dishes and loves traveling and partying with friends.
