Andrew Topinka is Imagine Her’s Board Chair. He is passionate about youth equity and is hooked on bringing empathy and energy to support both local and global organizations amplifying their growth.

Currently, he is a Senior Associate Growth Strategy and Innovation Consultant at Treacy & Company, a consulting firm dedicated to helping clients grow faster, more profitably, and more steadily. Andrew was a Senior Business Designer with Doblin where he helped leaders discover new possibilities through human-centered approaches. He was also a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Chicago. He Studied Integrated Business and Engineering at The Ohio State University. Andrew has seen first-hand the power of education in creating economic independence and believes that women and girls will shape the future of work. He believes that Imagine Her is providing the essential backbone to unlock change in Uganda.
